We provide 1 year (12 Months) warranty from the date of invoice for any manufacturing defects. And whole life technical service is provided for all machines.Warranty is applicable for some brought parts which has normal wear & tear (like bearings, O rings, electric motors, electrical parts, seals, washers etc.).During warranty,Easy-worn parts are free ,buyer should cover the freight cost.We will provide some spare easy-worn parts for free when the machines shipped.Brought parts may be warranted as per there manufacturer`s warranty terms like, electric motor, PLC & other electric parts, bearings etc.
On Site SERVICES
We offer 1 year (12 months) on site service (From the date of invoice) by our expert technical team. Customer would be arranging cost of accommodation, food,round tickets,daily salary,visa for technical persons.
COMMISSIONING & TRIAL
Supervision of erection & commissioning will be done by our technical persons at your site and you will provide necessary material, man power, and electrical supply & facility confirmation. Our technical team cannot do any labor work, foundation work, electric works etc. You must arrange labors, electrical person & required instruments & items for the time of commissioning.
BUYER PREPARATION
Customer must arrange at the time of installation like, testing material, hydraulic oil, gear oil, machine foundation, and electrical cable up to main control panel. Tools & spanner required 1 electrical person , crane or E.O.T. etc. required t
